About the Presenter:
Ron Emmons, a British writer and photographer, has been based in Chiang Mai since 1988. After teaching English at the British Council and Chiang Mai University for a decade, he became a full-time freelancer, updating guidebooks for publishers like National Geographic and Rough Guides, and providing illustrated stories for media such as the South China Morning Post and Sawasdee (Thai Airways magazine). Teak Lord is his first novel.
