A New Academic Year and A New Look
Lifelong Learning Payap Center on the Kaew Nawarat Campus of Payap University

It seems like just yesterday that Lifelong Learning Payap had no building of its own and was holding events in whatever classroom was available at the Payap University Kaew Nawarat Campus. How things have changed in just two short years! Not only do we have a superb new facility that offers two classrooms, a small library, and office space for our wonderful staff, as we begin our new academic year for 2024-2025, we also have a brand new website.

Our new website has been a labor of love over the past six months, with input from many of our participants. Most notably, we wish to thank Barbara Weibel, who connected us with Chris Richardson, the owner of Assistant, a WordPress support agency focussed on helping bloggers’ websites perform at their best. Chris came to our rescue when our site crashed just 12-hours before the launch of our annual fundraising campaign. He was our hero! Once our very successful fundraising campaign was completed, we began working on a more attractive, informative, and user-friendly website to promote our program and better reflect who we are and what we do. Once again, Barbara found us the very best person to handle that redesign, Erik Blair, a writer, traveler, creator, technologist, and visionary.

We are thrilled with the results and hope you are too. While we have thoroughly proofed the site, we know that more eyes will find things that should be fixed. If you see something that is wrong, please email our Program Manager, Num Aye, at lllpayap@gmail.com, so that we can address the issue. Also, we are looking for featured photos to place at the top of each of our pages, like the ones you now see on our home page. If you have taken photos during any of our events that might be pertinent to one of those pages, and are willing to let us use them, please send them to us at the above email address (choose full size when sending the email). The photos must be horizontal, with lots of space top and bottom that can be cropped into a wide but short format.

Last (but certainly not least), Lifelong Learning Payap is pleased to announce the opening of our 2024-25 Academic Year. We are delighted to offer more courses, events, and excursions than ever before, and hope you will find many that appeal to you. To learn more about how to register and pay, go to our Registration Page. And as always, if you have additional questions you can email Num Aye at the above email. We look forward to seeing you soon at one of our many events.
