HOW DO I REGISTER?

From either the Home Page or the Upcoming Courses and Events Page, click on the “Read More/Register” button beneath your desired event. On the subsequent page, click on the “Register” button beneath the description of the class or event. This will direct you to a Google Form that will allow you to sign up for the class or event. Your browser will display a message that you have successfully registered, and will provide you with information about how to pay for the event. Payment information is also available below.

When Can I Register for Classes and Events?

You can register for any class or event as soon as it appears on our website. Registration generally closes two weeks before the start of each course or lecture, although we can accept late sign-ups as long as there is room. Additional courses are added regularly, so watch this website for new postings. Course payment is due two weeks before the first class.

When Can I Register for Excursions?

One-day and multi-day excursions and workshops generally accommodate fewer participants. Registration will be closed once that threshold is met, so be sure to sign up early in order to secure your participation. Payment for excursions and workshops is due one month prior to the event.

HOW AND WHERE DO I PAY?

After the transfer has been made, please send a copy or a picture of the payment slip to lllpayap3@gmail.com

2) Payment may be made at the monthly Expats Club meetings held every fourth Saturday of the month

3) In addition, payment can be made at Payap Life Long Learning Center located at Payap Universtiy on Keaw Nawarat Road (see map on the contact page)

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no refund for courses under 1,000 baht.

For courses over 1,000 baht, 50% refund will be given if you cancel 2 weeks in advance; after that no refund
