With Dr. Pongsakorn Suppakittpaisarn, Landscape Architect

Description:

Ajarn Pongsakorn led a guided hike to teach participants about the trees and plants at Ang Kaew Reservoir and the Chiang Mai University campus. The walk started on the main campus and ended at the Ang Kaew Reservoir. The walk was on flat ground, with occasional places to sit, though participants needed to be prepared to walk or stand for most of the morning. Pongsakorn was a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. Participants came away with a better understanding and appreciation for trees in the Chiang Mai area. Hats, sunscreen, mosquito repellant, and water were essential for the hike.
