Our overnight excursion to Lampang gave participants an enjoyable opportunity to explore the city’s rich commercial heritage, historic architecture, and local culture in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Led by Graham, the group explored the beautifully preserved old teak houses along Kad Kong Ta, visited Wat Phra That Lampang Luang and Wat Pratu Pong, Baan Pong Nak, Baan Louis, and the Ceramic Museum. Participants also enjoyed delicious local meals, the warm hospitality of the local community, and discovering the stories behind Lampang’s commercial past. One of the highlights was the opportunity to visit Ajarn Viti’s home and admire his fascinating collections and the view of the walking street from his balcony.

Participants praised the well-planned itinerary, excellent organization, comfortable transportation, knowledgeable guiding, and relaxed pace of the trip. Many also commented on the variety of experiences, the opportunity to meet new people, and the enjoyable meals, making it a memorable learning experience.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We look forward to welcoming you on another Lifelong Learning Payap excursion soon.
