Chiang Mai in Paper and Paint, an Art Exhibit

Lifelong Learning Payap invites you to our very first art exhibit and opening. Artist and teacher Amy Dapice shares her unique vision of Chiang Mai in new works depicting our colorful city and its environs. These mixed media paintings allow us to see Thailand anew through the media of paint and collage. Amy’s depictions explore and celebrate the rich subject matter we find all around us in the form of temples, street scenes, plants, scooters, and so much more.

In addition, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Amy will present a lively and informative mixed-media presentation. Using storytelling, photos, art, and music, the audience will get a peek into the artistic process as well as the unique observations that provided the fuel.
