Learn to create memorable photographs with any camera including a phone instead of taking snapshots. Realize that a camera is just a tool to craft an image. We will cover picture taking techniques including composition and lighting. The factors in each composition technique will be reinforced through discussion of example images. Example subjects will include city streets, markets, landmarks, landscapes, festivals, flora, architecture, sunrises/sunsets and after dark. We will also explore several AI options that can help enhance your photographs.

Doug Mann (a.k.a. PhotoMann) has been a part-time freelance travel photographer for 35 years while he was pursuing a full time engineering career. His travels have taken him to 60 countries
