Recently, Lifelong Learning Payap hosted a lecture about the sacred holiday Visakha Bucha Day. Attendees learned about the life of the Buddha and his path to his enlightenment. Understanding how Thais celebrate the holiday and how we can respectfully participate in ceremonies at our local temple.

Led by Phra Theeratphid “Somsri” Salawinphonphana, a teacher at the Chiang Mai campus of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya Buddhist University at Wat Suan Dok, and monk of 7 years.
